About the Series
Young people living with type 1 diabetes have powerful stories, perspectives,and questions that deserve to be heard. In this series, kids and teens take the lead—hosting conversations that are real, unfiltered, and deeply impactful.They’ll ask the questions that matter most, share their lived experiences, and create connections with leaders, innovators, and friends from across the diabetes space.
First Episodes
The first episodes were captured at the Touched by Type 1 Annual Conference in Orlando, Florida—where global leaders and advocates came together for conversations that set the tone for the entire series. These in-person interviews sparked the vision for what Conversations will continue to be: inspiring, youth-led dialogue that empowers and connects our community all year long.
